The Bird House

The Bird House is the first and only independent residential hospice home in Iowa dedicated to compassionate end-of-life care. 

The Bird House is a community-based not-for-profit dedicated to providing compassionate, dignified end-of-life care by focusing on the physical, spiritual and emotional needs of their guests and their loved ones in a peaceful, home-like environment. At The Bird House, the dying and their families and friends are empowered to live out their individual definition of quality living throughout the end-of-life journey and then claim a healthy grief process.
