Celia’s House in Holmes Park is Southern Oregon’s only residential care facility specializing in hospice care. Located in a peaceful East Medford neighborhood surrounded by parkland, the historic house features 12 beautiful, private bedrooms with breathtaking views of the Rogue Valley. Celia’s House in Holmes Park is a non-profit dedicated to providing dignified end-of-life care to residents and their families.
