Home Description
Located in the beautiful Finger Lakes region in the town that made glass famous, this circa 1880 Queen Anne Eastlake style home is filled with incredible architectural features that they preserved as much as possible: carved woodwork, ornate ceilings, curved walls, and chandeliers to name a few.
They purchased the home in October 2018 and immediately began renovations to update and retrofit the home for the needs of a comfort care home. The majority of the renovations were completed in early 2020, at which time preparations began to hire staff and train volunteers in order to open the home.
A second phase was completed in 2022-2023 with the reconstruction of our carriage house and the addition of a serenity garden and additional landscaping.
