Sunflower Haven

At Sunflower Haven we view life a little differently. Based on the idea of a ranch-style facility, the goal of Sunflower Haven will be to provide Hospice patients and their families with a rustic, ranch-style home like none other.

They will provide around-the-clock care with highly skilled nursing staff, psychosocial support for patients and families with a licensed social worker and experienced chaplain services.
